"Sip for Sustainability brings together wine and beer enthusiasts and sustainability advocates for an immersive experience highlighting the harmonious blend of agriculture and environmental stewardship in the wine and beer industries at the historic Davenport hotel. While tasting a selection of wines and beers crafted using sustainable practices, attendees will learn about environmentally-friendly vineyard management techniques, regenerative farming, soil health, water conservation methods, and other initiatives from industry experts. A panel made up of industry experts will discuss topics like Salmon-Safe certified wines and beers, pesticide use, natural/minimal intervention wines, and more. 21+ Attendees only.”
